Thomas L. Coyner is the president of Soft Landing Korea (www.softlandingkorea.com), a firm that specializes in assisting companies to achieve maximum sales potential in Korea and Japan. He has 25 years of experience in Japan and Korea working for American firms, as well as seven years working for Japanese companies in the United States. When employed by an American company in Korea, he was twice Salesperson of the Year for Asia-Pacific, largely due to his success in working with Korean distributors. He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern California.
Song-Hyon Jang has been a business consultant for international companies in Korea for over 25 years, and has over three decades of cross-cultural management experience with Sandoz, Johnson and Johnson, and Schering. He has published numerous business articles in both foreign and Korean publications, and authored a number of books on business in Korea including “The Key to Successful Business in Korea” and “The Ten Commandments for Doing Business in Korea.”
