Kim Young-su
Kim Young-su was born in 1935 and graduated Seoul National University with a major in political science, after which he complete a graduate course at Columbia University in America. He became a reporter when he was 23 years old, and since then has worked for Yonhap Shinmun, Chosun Ilbo, and Dong-A Ilbo as a reporter. He was the chief editor and an inaugural member of JoongAng Ilbo, and chief editor of the political desk as well as the managing editor at Seoul Shinmun. As a first generation Korean journalist and 10th National Assembly member, he covered historic events as they unfolded during the most turbulent years in Korean history.
