2005년에 UCL에 정치학과를 새롭게 창설하였으며 2010년에는 유럽연구소(European Institute)를 창설하기도 했다. 최근에는 정치 이론뿐만 아니라 유럽연합(EU)과 관련된 다양한 논문을 집필하고 있으며, 저서로는 『자유주의와 다원주의: 타협의 정치를 향해Liberalism and Pluralism: Towards a Politics of Compromise』 『정치적 입헌주의: 민주주의의 헌정성에 대한 공화주의적 변호Political Constitutionalism: A Republican Defense of the Constitutionality of Democracy』 『다원주의와 자유주의적 중립성Pluralism and Liberal Neutrality』 등이 있다.
