majored in the history of mode and contemporary Korean science and technology at Seoul NationalUniversity and currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Korean Research Institute for Science,Technology, and Civilization (KRISTaC) at Jeonbuk National University.He has researched the history of "Tongil rice" and the “Green Revolution” in South Korea, and continues totrack the intersections of science, technology, and mode Korean history across various levels of daily life,including dietary habits.
