Dr. Rossana di Silvio is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer of Socio-Cultural Anthropology at the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
She performs collaborative ethnographic research, anthropological analysis, and applied anthropology on interdisciplinarity; processes of knowledge production into institutions/services for public health; post-familiar families.
She is also a psychologist, specialized in motivational Interview Training for corporate healthcare professionals and health insurance agencies working for the promotion of good health practices into workplaces (WHP projects, ENWHP); Relational empowerment for individuals and groups. Contextual analysis of macro-and micro-systems.
She conducts analysis and management of conflict in macro- and micro-systems, as well as management of interdisciplinary and intercultural systems, and corporate/collective training on relational areas and problem-solving situations.
