It also compares the national AI strategies of the United States, China, the European Union, and South Korea, and examines how AI is transforming industries and society through real-world applications in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education, and the creative fields. The book addresses major ethical issues?including bias, privacy, misinformation, changes in employment, and AI governance?in a balanced manner. Through future forecasting exercises and a capstone project, students are guided to apply what they have learned to real-world problems.
Each week is carefully organized around a lecture overview, key concepts, case studies, hands-on activities, assignments, discussion questions, and quizzes. This makes the book suitable not only as a classroom textbook but also as a resource for self-directed learning.
No prior knowledge of programming or statistics is required. Beyond simply teaching readers how to use technology, this book helps them develop the ability to interpret information, evaluate AI critically, and create new value in the age of artificial intelligence.

작가 소개

Kyoung Keun Oh is currently a professor in the Department of Global AI Convergence at Seoil University, where he researches and teaches the practical application of generative AI, AI literacy, interdisciplinary education, prompt design, and multi-AI workflows.At the same time, as a practical theologian, he has devoted himself to academic and pastoral work that connects theology and technology, humanity and spirituality, and the church and the civilization of the future. Through his Master of Theology studies, he explored the humanities and practical theology. He continues his research and writing with the conviction that, the more technology-centered the age becomes, the more firmly human dignity, spirituality, and the essential nature of community must be protected.He has also served as the senior pastor of the same church for thirty years. Throughout his pastoral ministry, he has continually reflected on both the unchanging essence of the gospel and the pastoral methods that must be newly applied in response to changing times.His books include Rewriting Pastoral Ministry through AI Innovation, 100 Questions and Answers on AI and Christian Ethics, A Daily Routine for Walking with Jesus 24 Hours a Day, Praying Without Ceasing, and Introduction to AI Operators.
