Guigoni와 Ferrari는 특히 의료 종사자를 비롯하여 의료인류학자, 음식인류학자 등 다양한 전문가들과의 인터뷰 12편도 함께 실려 있습니다. 인류학자 Marco Lazzarotti는 코로나 바이러스의 국가적인 대응책과 관련하여 대만과 한국을 성공적인 사례로 분석하고 있습니다. 전 세계인이 마주하게 된 판데믹 사태를 극복할 수 있도록 지식인들이 고민과 생각을 함께 나누기로 결정함에 따라 책은 비매품으로 출판되었습니다.
The book is edited by two anthropologists, Alessandra Guigoni and Renato Ferrari, and presents 34 articles by anthropologists, sociologists, linguists, historians, philosophers and 12 interviews with as many cultural personalities.The focus of this book is on quarantine and emergency in Italy, under the lens of anthropologists and sociologists of various backgrounds and interests, from society to politics, from religion to sport, from food to art to medicine and digital networks.
The articles, short, scientific, but not academic, without the peculiarities that characterize the publications of specialized magazines, are accompanied by some interviews with colleagues and personalities of science and culture, which complete the picture of the current Italian situation, extremely complex, problematic and in progress.

작가 소개
Alessandra Guigoni graduated from the University of Genoa, specialized at the University of Florence, PhD at the University of Siena, was a researcher, scholarship and postdoctoral fellow at the University of Cagliari and ISRE in Nuoro, with contract lectures at the Universities of Cagliari, Sassari, Rome, San Raffale in Milan and at the IED. He is currently a consultant to the Department of Tourism of the Region of Sardinia. Trainer and essayist, she is also a journalist and publicist and has been working for years with radio and television stations, newspapers and magazines on food and wine, focusing on tourism, local development, strategic consulting, heritage and culture. He co-directs the Aracne Ciborama series with Anna Casella.
Renato Ferrari graduated in Modern Literature with a thesis in cultural anthropology on the relationship between food and religion at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. He obtained a master's degree in Food and Wine and Hospitality at the University of Bologna and attended the advanced course in Anthropological Cultural Heritage at the University of Milan Bicocca. She has been working since 2007 with the chair of Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Brescia. He has participated as speaker and panel coordinator at international conferences on food and has published scientific articles on food in specialized series. He deals with food anthropology and digital anthropology. He is a member of ASFS, EASA, ICOM.
