작가 소개

Ryu Soo Wol

Born in Seoul, Ryu Soo Wol studied at Kyung Hee University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (Graduate School of Trade), Helsinki School of Economics (MBA), and Kwangwoon University (Ph.D. in Economics).

He spent a long career at the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), retiring after serving as the Director of the Incheon Regional Headquarters and as a trade advisor.

He also worked as a visiting researcher at Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates (WEFA) and as a trade specialist at the Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman.

Ryu has served as an advisory member for the OECD Korea Policy Centre, an industry-academia cooperation professor at the Seoul Business Agency, and an advisory member for the Global Strategy Advisory Center of the Federation of Middle Market Enterprises of Korea.

Currently, he is the CEO of the Future Trade Research Institute and an adjunct professor in the Division of International Trade at Kwangwoon University's School of Business, where he lectures on overseas market research and entrepreneurship. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling freely and paints watercolors as a hobby.
